Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate Programs: Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate (FSc Pre-Engineering, ICS, or equivalent).
- MS Programs: Relevant 16-year education with a CGPA of at least 2.0 or equivalent.
- PhD Programs: MS/MPhil in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or first division.
How to Apply Online at ITU
Students interested in applying to ITU must complete the following steps:

- Go to the official website: www.itu.edu.pk
- Register Online
- Click on “Admissions.”
- Create an account by providing a valid email address and password.
- Fill the Application Form
- Select your desired program.
- Enter academic details, personal information, and upload required documents (CNIC/Form-B, photos, transcripts).
- Pay the Application Fee
- Pay the application fee (usually PKR 1,500 – 2,000) through a designated bank challan or online transfer.
- Submit the Application
- Review your application carefully.
- Click “Submit” before the deadline.
- Prepare for the Entry Test
- Appear in the ITU Admission Test or provide valid test scores such as SAT/NTS (if applicable).
