Institute of Business Management (IOBM) Karachi wants to be a special place for learning and research. In 1994, Shahjehan S. Karim retired from a big job. This helped start IOBM. They got some money to begin this place. In 1995, IOBM started teaching business things at a special place. More students joined to learn about business. In 1998, the government gave IOBM a paper that said they're a real place to learn. Many students got degrees at a special event.
In 2000, Institute of Business Management Karachi got a nice new campus and started new programs. They had special classes for business and healthcare. More programs started, and IOBM became a good place to learn many things. IOBM became famous and started working with other places. They got awards and made friends with universities around the world. They also helped media and nonprofit organizations IOBM is still growing and helping people. They turned 25 years old in 2020 and celebrated. They started new centers to help businesses and use technology for learning. They also got special awards for being good at teaching. IOBM is a place where learning and research happen. They want to help students become smart and successful. IOBM keeps getting better and wants to keep helping students for many years.
