Introduction:

The Institute of Space Technology (IST) is a public university located in Islamabad, Pakistan. It is focused on the study of astronomy, aerospace engineering, avionics engineering, and astronautics. Established in 2002 under the auspices of the Pakistan National Space Agency (SUPARCO), IST has quickly become one of the leading universities in Pakistan for space and engineering education.
